Complaints
If something is wrong with a service or product that is being delivered by Reconnect Today, we want to help you.Please Note- Services and products cannot be cancelled or changed once confirmed as processed by our system.
- All orders must be paid for before the actual service or dispatch.
While Reconnect Today will do everything possible to ensure quality delivery of your requested service or product, we cannot guarantee successful delivery of a Service due to a Client affected by alcohol, medication or substance use and therefore Reconnect Today personnel cannot complete a service satisfactorily or implement a change of appointment time, if not notified prior to the session, which could result in an additional cost to you if appointment obligations can not be fulfilled at the agreed time.

If you have a problem with your requested Service, you must notify Reconnect Today by email reconnecttoday@bigpond.com or Phone +61 428648100 within 24 hours of receiving your requested service and obtain a – Service Problem Authorization Number (SP#) and further information as to the next procedure. Reconnect Today are not responsible for return of monies or any costs.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the manner personal information has been collected or handled by Reconnect Today Centre, please contact our office using our contact details below.
We will endeavour to deal with your complaint as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, the length of time will depend on the nature and complexity of the issues you have raised. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the complaint from us within five business days. We will give you an estimate of how long it may take us to deal with the matter but we will endeavour to finalise the matter within 30 days.
If we decide that your complaint is justified, we will then decide what action we should take in response. We will always try to match our response to the nature of your complaint and your desired outcome, but this may not always be possible.
Some of the things that we may decide to do include:
take steps to rectify the problem or issue you have raised;
provide you with you additional information or advice so that you can understand what happened and how we have dealt with it;
take steps to change our policies or procedures if your complaint identifies a problem in the way we are doing things
Returns Policy
We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. The Reconnect Today must be contacted via email within 24 hours of receiving your goods and provided with
photo evidence for verification. You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (10) ten days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price.
Goods can not be returned to us because of change of mind, so we advise you to choose carefully before committing to the purchase. Services, can not be refunded, however, a credit note can be issued & the credit is transferrable to another service or can be utilised by another family member or friend. Reconnect Today must receive Notification of this within 24 hours of the purchase.
Appointment changes or Cancellations
Please allow a courteous time of 24 hours for all appointment changes or cancellations otherwise a full fee of the appointment will be charged. The centre will only rebook another appointment without charge for those clients effected by medical emergencies.
The centre will not accept any other reason for changing or cancellation within 24 hours.
Late appointments clients will forfeit the lost time & can instead enjoy the service within the time remaining.
Credit transfer
Any credit transfer for appointment pre paid, service or products must be used within 6 months from the organised credit date. Thereafter the credit will become voided.
