Intuitive Energy Healing
Intuitive healing is an alternative practice that relies on the use of the five senses to locate and correct imbalances in the energy flow within the body. Sometimes referred to as insight healing, the practice does not require any type of invasive procedure. Whatever method used, the end result is the energy path is clear of any obstruction once again, and the body will soon be back in balance.
What is an intuitive energy healing session?
Some have described it as a healing of the body, mind and spirit or, as some say, the four bodies: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. I use my intuitive (psychic) skills to do an assessment of your status. In a space of unconditional love, a variety of energy healing modalities are used to address those areas you are ready to heal. In addition, you will receive greater insight into the thought patterns/thought forms and behaviors that are having an adverse effect on your four bodies. Your natural healing processes will be stimulated to provide you with opportunities for personal development and spiritual enlightenment. After the session, you will learn techniques that you can use to continue to improve and maintain your health
What are the characteristics of an intuitive energy healer?As an intuitive energy healer, RoseLyn has psychic abilities, which include being empathic (understanding another’s situation, feelings, and motives), clairaudient (hearing outside the range of normal perception), clairvoyant (seeing objects or events not perceived by the senses), and clairsentient (ability to feel things not normally felt by most people). These abilities are simply ways she receives Spiritual information and guidance. RoseLyn acts as an instrument through which energy from the Sacred Universal Source is passed into you the client during the session.
Does the energy healing session need to be done in person
No, you can have a distance healing from the comfort of home. You will need to provide me with your name and Residence and a current head and shoulder pic. To be certain that specific areas of interest to you are covered, I may request additional information. After the work is done, we connect via phone, e-mail or regular mail to share information about what I have been told by Spirit and what you have felt. Distance healing is highly effective for people anywhere in the world. In person, or hands-on-healing, is available for those willing to travel to Reconnect Today.
What can I expect as a result of an intuitive energy healing session?
You will feel deeply relaxed and at peace, some even sleep through the session. In addition you will experience reduced stress and anxiety, along with relief from some of your physical pain. There will be a balancing and healing on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Your chakras, energy centers, will be cleared and balanced. There will be a release of emotional blockages, thereby giving you greater mental discernment, insight and perception. The energy released will give you the opportunity to replace habitual thought patterns with new perceptions that promote self-healing, personal development and spiritual enlightenment. Your natural physical healing processes will be stimulated as a result of the removal of blocks in the energy bodies. Any medical treatments, medications or therapies that you have been using will be enhanced and complemented.
How long is an intuitive energy healing session?
The first session lasts up to 2 hours with the first 1½ hours devoted to intuitive energy work and the last 30 minutes devoted to sharing information on things you can do to continue to heal yourself. Future sessions, if needed or desired, last 1 hour.
What kind of information is revealed during a session?
We may discover and release thought patterns and misperceptions that are blocking your full healing potential. You may hear about past life experiences which have adversely affected your belief systems. You may be told about a particular issue and asked if you want to release it. You may also be given suggestions for daily exercises and other remedies that will be of benefit. You may be given guidance on books or other material, which will help you to establish a greater spiritual connection and change your perceptions and thought patterns. All information shared with you is not my opinion but comes from communication with Spirit. All suggestions are to be cleared through your own guidance and with your doctor. If I suspect a medical condition is present, you will be referred to your primary care physician or a specialist. How is the healing done?
First, this session can be done in person or by Distance Healing - I will ask you why you have come. This sets your intention for healing during the session and lets Spirit know what you are ready to heal.
I will explain that only you are responsible for the healing that takes place in your body; I am simply a facilitator. In an environment of unconditional love, I provide energy from Source to aid your decision-making about what and how much you want to heal. Then I will explain what to expect. While receiving treatment, you will be fully clothed and, preferably, lying down (on a massage-type table if your treatment is in person).
Prior to your arrival, I will have intuitively tuned in to your body and to Spirit recommendations. I may sense the presence of angels, guides or other beings of light that have come to be of assistance. Dense energies, dark energies, entities, discarnates, etc. will be cleared from your auric field.
During the session, as an empath, I will begin to feel areas of discomfort that you may have in your body. I begin to analyze the energy flow in your systems, chakras and energy fields, then clear and balance your chakras. If in person, my hands are intuitively drawn to specific areas of the body where there may be an energy imbalance and they may be placed directly on specific parts of the body. Channeled energy from Source will be directed to the areas where blocks have occurred. Through me, Spirit applies healing frequencies and, at times, healing colored geometric patterns. At times, I am guided to place crystals or stones on specific locations on the body to foster healing. Drumming is often used to facilitate a release of stuck energy.
An Structural Energy Alignment will be done to bring the body structure back into alignment and to work on all organs and glands. Spiritual Response Technique I may also be used to tap into and clear past life energies that may be related to problem areas. I also helps to clear the inner child of programming and trauma from this lifetime. Information will be shared with you about images or information that I receive. The images may be symbolic, or they may be literal. I may see a present or past life experience or see a picture of an internal organ. I may receive information that could include words of reassurance, or physical disturbances you presently have or have had in the past. Emotional issues that may be related to a problem area are explained.
In addition, I may receive guidance to share regarding other remedies that will benefit you. Suggestions will be made regarding activities that will be helpful in relieving stress and in healing all four bodies. Often suggestions are made concerning habits that are not serving your overall health. Since I do not diagnose disease, recommendations may be made for consultation with a medical doctor.
Will I heal instantaneously from one session?
While it is possible for you to experience instantaneous healing, for most people, it takes a period of time. The work that we do sometimes takes anywhere from 2-28 days for your body to process. The more advanced your physical problems or blockages, the longer it takes to heal and the more energy sessions you may need. The energy that is brought in does not hold forever; it has been given in order to allow a change to take place in your habitual thought patterns. This change in thought patterns and behaviors can only come about if you accept the insights you receive and use this opportunity to change. My primary task is to provide a space of unconditional love and non-judgment, for awakening and empowering your inner healer to support you in making the necessary changes in your life to create greater health and well-being.The more severe the pain or illness, the more severe will be the necessary changes. These may involve breaking bad habits, or acquiring some new and better one
What should I do after a session?
Your body will be detoxifying; therefore, it is important to drink a great deal of water to help the body flush out the toxins that have been released from your body’s tissues. Eight or more glasses of water per day for 2 days should be sufficient. You may find it helpful to take a potassium supplement or eat a banana or drink coconut water. In addition, you should try to take a baking soda and sea salt bath and plan some extra time to sleep. Processing of the work may take up to 28 days. The more that you make the necessary changes in the life habits that do not serve you, and the more you do the recommended daily activities, the faster and greater your healing will be.
What can I do to continue to heal myself?
Your decision to seek an intuitive energy healing session is only the first step to becoming healthy, happy and whole. Many people report that, after their session, they notice a momentary pause for contemplation whenever they are challenged with things that used to trigger disharmony. This pause is Spirit allowing you the opportunity to choose a new way of responding to old triggers. The choice is yours. Life is full of challenges and choices.
